We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit baretrapboot.com to start your return or exchange.
  2. Follow the instructions and select your preferred method (refund or exchange).
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible).
  4. Ship your return using the provided prepaid label or your preferred carrier.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
  • For faster exchanges, we recommend placing a new order online and returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via baretrapboot.com for assistance. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus any non-refundable charges.
